The fee for the whole Series is $72 and includes the special event Full Moon Restorative Yoga. Prorated fee $60 should you need to miss one class; drop-in fee is $14 per class should you need to miss more than one class and $17 for the special event only. Please, let us know at the time of registration, if you wish to join us just for single class.

This Series is for all levels of students who wish to relieve stress and fatigue and bring healing balance into their lives and to all recovering from illness or injury. It offers benefits for conditions ranging from insomnia to asthma, chronic pain to migraines to depression and anxiety.
no effort; it is the art of stillness, where we allow ourselves to release tension on physical, emotional and mental levels of our being. Most of the restorative poses are done on the floor and are held between 3 to 30 minutes.

Science tells us that we need at least 30 minutes of stillness every day to stay healthy. Join us and learn the art of stillness and why yogis believe that 20 to 30 minutes of stillness is equivalent to 2 to 4 hours of sleep.
