-New approach since 2013-

"It has been my inner calling to share yoga with you in a way that enables me to create a space and offer the time to embark on a journey of discovery and to learn this beautiful healing art. Listening to my heart I realized that to approach this journey in the form of a class series rather than ongoing classes would be the way."  Namaste, Romi

Coming for the first time
Our studio usually opens 15 minutes before each class. For your first time, try to arrive early, so you may have enough time to fill the application form and to comfortably settle in to your space.
You may want to wear a comfortable clothes, preferably those that will allow the teacher to see the joints, knees, ankles, elbows and wrists, so the proper alignment can be addressed.
Please, do not forget to turn the cell phones off and leave them outside the classroom to fully enjoy and share the peace of the practice.
Make sure to let the teacher know of any injuries and health issues before the class to allow the teacher be mindful of any proper adjustments or special poses.
Through practice listen to your body and be mindful of your abilities. If something feels uncomfortable or painful, ask for adjustment or release from the pose completely. Yoga is as much practice of the body as of the mind. We learn to accept ourselves and our limits, be patient and genuine.
Preferably we practice yoga on an empty stomach, usually 2-3 hours after full meal, 1 hour after light snack.
... and enjoy every moment.
