The ancient science of Yoga philosophy and other eastern philosophies are teaching us to look at the human being as not just a physical body, but a miniature universe in itself. At the same time as being physical beings, we are also mental, emotional and spiritual entities.
Knowledge of the chakras is a means of understanding ourselves a little more; and this workshop serves as a door opening opportunity to dive deeper into the psychology of body, mind and spirit.
Chakra journey is a journey opening us to our unlimited potential for healthy living and achieving our human possibilities. Let yourself be inspired how the chakra work, hatha yoga and other physical exercises, breath work, meditation and many other healing therapies can work together and help you to make your dreams come true.

As a gentle introduction to the whole chakra system we will uncover the main psychological, social and spiritual archetypes/characteristics associated with each chakra;
Introduction to
the Science of Chakras

And learn how at the energy level each of the chakras influences a particular zone in the body and how our body is physically affected by our emotional state.
To begin our own journey we will explore the chakras within our own body to gain a general sense of their location and to map the experience of the energy there;
And using a guided visualization we will balance the chakra system, nourishing and purifying whole being; and experiencing art and science of yoga in a peaceful healing setting.
